Please review our shipping and return guidelines carefully.
I. SHIPPING POLICY
1. Carrier Partners & Regions
All orders placed on Benadep are dispatched directly from our verified vendor warehouses. Shipping is available nationwide within the United States, utilizing top-tier commercial carriers including UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and USPS Priority Mail.
2. Handling & Delivery Times
- Order Handling: Vendors typically process and pack orders within 24 to 48 business hours after payment verification.
- Estimated Transit Time:Delivery timelines vary depending on the proximity between the vendor’s warehouse and your salon, generally ranging from 2 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Fees & Dynamic Calculation
- Shipping costs are computed in real-time based on the exact dimensional weight (lbs) of your consolidated variants and your delivery zip code.
- Tax-Exempt & Free Shipping: Orders exceeding $300 from a single vendor may qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Premium members (Elite) enjoy exclusive shipping rates and consolidated logistics incentives.
II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
1. Commercial Claim Window
As a wholesale buyer, you must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be submitted through your Buyer Dashboard within 7 calendar daysof the carrier’s marked “Delivered” timestamp.
2. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund:
- Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and retained in their original factory packaging (including sealed caps, intact plastic sleeves, and full outer cartons).
- Due to strict health and safety standards, opened cosmetic liquids, used drill bits, and sanitizing chemicals are strictly non-returnable.
3. Special Logic for Product Bundles & Combos
If you purchased items as part of a promotional Product Bundle or Custom Combo:
- Full Returns: We highly recommend returning the entire bundle together to receive a full refund.
- Partial Returns: If a single variant inside a bundle is defective and returned individually, your refund will not be based on the retail value. Instead, the refund will be automatically calculated on a Pro-rata basis(proportionately distributed according to the bundle’s total discounted price).
4. Return Shipping Fees
Unless a return is caused by a documented vendor error (e.g., incorrect shade shipped or defective electronics), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees (up to 15%).
